Pay Range $62,000 - $85,500 annually Salary offers are based on the candidates equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.

Job Type Unclassified Department Real Estate About the Position Join a mission-driven team as a Title and Leasing Specialist, where you can play a critical role in supporting the Infrastructure Property Management division by analyzing, interpreting, and managing complex real estate records, including deeds, leases, easements, agreements, patents, and contracts.
The position oversees the leasing, licensing, permitting, and day-to-day management of County and Flood Control District properties. Youll also conduct essential land rights research that informs the acquisition, use, and disposition of public assets, directly impacting the way our communities grow and thrive.
