The Senior Real Property Specialist supports the Real Estate Manager and the Department`s General County team by conducting land rights analyses, managing the leasing and licensing of land, and improvements from the private sector for County personnel and programs/projects. The role also involves coordinating real estate activities related to the acquisition, maintenance, leasing, and disposition of Maricopa County and Special District properties.
