Maricopa County is GROWING, and its growing fast. The Maricopa County Real Estate Department seeks a creative, results driven leader to join their innovative team as the Real Estate Director!

As a leader in the nations fourth-largest county, you will provide broad executive-level oversight for the Countys real estate functions, including financial and resource planning for sustainable growth and daily operational management of staff, programs, and efforts.

You will provide strategic direction for meeting departmental and County-wide goals, evaluate alignment with County and community objectives, and support a talented team that delivers best-in-class service to internal and external customers. You will utilize your extensive client-facing experience to collaborate with other departments to coordinate efforts to serve the Countys needs better.
