Are you looking to join an innovative team committed to strengthening the community?

The Right of Way Agent might be the position for you! You will perform all work essential to successfully acquiring the necessary land rights for Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT), Transportation Improvement Projects, and the Flood Control Districts (FCD) Capital Improvement Projects. You will be a part of a full-service Acquisition Team that provides real estate expertise to the project managers throughout the project phases of scoping, design and construction. You will also perform and oversee the acquisitions, relocations, escrows, and eminent domain actions for both Non-Federal and Federally funded projects.
